We have everything you need to stay fit and everything you want to make it enjoyable.  Our Women Only Fitness Center offers:

  • 24 Hour Access Fitness Center.
  • Over 50 Classes Offered a week!
  • Personal Training & Dietitian Counseling.
  • TRX Training Sessions, six days a week.
  • Cardio Center, Strength Training Center & Circuit Room.
  • Flat Screen TVs & Private Showers.

Everyone is welcome to try us for a week for FREE!  Come in during our staffed hours to redeem. 

If you’d like to try a class when you come visit, come a few minutes early to fill out a simple health profile form.  If you’re tight on time, simply click the link below to print out and you can print the health profile form and have it ready before your visit.

TRX Training Session Schedule

Figures offers 6 different TRX training sessions a week!  TRX Training is suspension training.  Each session is 45 minutes long and the maximum class size is 8 people.  You can sign up for classes online, by calling (253-564-7546) or at the front desk.  Spots are guaranteed if you reserve ahead of time.

If you would like to try a class, come in ten minutes beforehand. We have a simple “Health Profile Form” for you to fill out and you can be on your way to sample over 50 classes! 

Want a tour of the facility when you sign up for your free week?  We can do that to!  Walk-ins welcome.  Figures has something for every fitness level, advanced and beginner!
