Everyone is welcome to try us for a week for FREE! Come in during our staffed hours to redeem.
If you would like to try a class, come in ten minutes beforehand. We have a simple “Health Profile Form” for you to fill out and you can be on your way to sample over 50 classes!
Want a tour of the facility when you sign up for your free week? We can do that to! Walk-in’s welcome. Figures has something for every fitness level, advanced and beginner!

| Basic Belly Dance | 45 Minutes | Transform your body from the inside out with this ancient form of dance! The ultimate feminine workout for toning, core building, flexibility, calorie burning and stamina. |
| Beyond Basic Belly Dance | 45 Minutes | Transform your body from the inside out with this ancient form of dance! This class will deal with chapters and series in choreography, workshop styles and props (veil and cymbals for instance). |
